About Us: Advisory Board

Active Data Exchange has enlisted the services of a select group of individuals to assist in the execution of the Active Data Exchange vision.

 

Mr. Robert Teufel is the former President of Rodale, Inc. and has served on the Boards of the Magazine Publishers of America, the Audit Bureau of Circulation, and the Direct Marketing Association. He is the recipient of the prestigious Henry Johnson Fisher Award for Lifetime Achievement in the Magazine Industry (the industry's highest recognition), and is an inductee of the DMA Hall of Fame for Lifetime Achievement in the Direct Marketing industry.

 

Mr. John G. Englesson has served in a variety of positions, including as a principal of Chadwick Telecommunications Corporation (now known as XO Communications) where he assists in the development of sales and marketing strategies, product development and research.

 

Ms. Barbara Newton is President of Sunset Publishing, a division of Time Warner,  a magazine and book publishing company with headquarters in San Francisco and circulation at nearly 1.5 million. She was formerly President of Reiman Publishing, a division of Reader's Digest, and Senior Vice President and Director of Publishing for Women's Magazines at Rodale Press, Inc.

 

Mr. Charles D. Snelling is a founder and Member of the Corporate General Partnership of the Northeast Pennsylvania Venture Funds (NEPA I, NEPA II, and Mid-Atlantic Venture Fund), a Life Trustee of Cedar Crest College, a Trustee of the Lehigh Valley Hospital and Health Network, and Member of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation for Monetary Education.

 

Mr. Ken Yee is a founding partner and member of the Board of Directors of Active Data Exchange. He is the President of Square One Capital, a private investment firm dealing with securities, real estate, and venture capital. He is the President of 94 Brodhead Associates, a commercial real estate firm, and President of Kwazee, a high tech software development and consulting firm.
